Where have all the iPhones gone?

There's a shortage of iPhones in the U.S. for the past couple of weeks.  Last weekend, iPhones couldn't be bought at any of Manhattan's three Apple Stores.

This usually is an indication that a new model is coming, on a Tuesday.  So, we'll be seeing a new iPhone on a Tuesday between now and, oh, June 24th.
