This is most likely the final major update for Tiger, security updates notwithstanding.
The updates are available via Software Update located in the Apple Menu, or at Apple's site where users can download larger "combo" updaters.
The updates are available for both PPC and Intel Macs. You may want to wait a few days to install this update just to be safe.
