I shot HindSight, a local cover band here in Downers Grove, at Ballydoyle Irish Pub at the end of December 2007. The band wanted some new pictures for their myspace page and I was asked to shoot their performance.

For this shoot, I wanted the 70's grainy concert footage look. I shot the entire night without a flash, cranking up the ISO to its maximum setting and boosting the color setting of the camera. Ballydoyle's has an excellent stage lighting system that provided enough light to get my desired effect.

Now that I've shot several live concerts, I can say that it's my favorite type of event to shoot.
