This shoot was for Downers Grove Yamaha to promote the line of T-Rex motorcycles they sell. This shoot was challenging due to the various lighting conditions that were present in the showroom.

To properly light both the vehicle and the model, I chose to utilize my Arri video light kits to provide proper coverage for both the T-Rex and the model. The lack of a solid background for the T-Rex required extensive Photoshop work to separate the foreground from the background and to achieve the reflective look in some of the images. The final two images in this presentation provide before and after image examples.

In addition to the photography, we also started production on a promotional video as well. We shot a T-Rex on the track at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet Illinois for an afternoon using a helmet cam mounted inside and outside the vehicle. The T-Rex is a street legal vehicle, so we planned to shoot extensively on the road but sadly it never came to be.
